Change2Lead™ Team Coaching

The world of business is run by teams yet most of them are rather groups of individuals. With no sense of belonging, nor a common goal, team leaders, teammates and teamwork exist in separate realities.
My team-coaching approach takes a team leader and team through the process of dynamic development tied to a meaningful and bold business goal. The team works together to move beyond the daily struggles and play for better outcomes through advanced levels of group coaching.
The team-coaching program’s purpose is twofold. Business owners or Human Resource units sometimes consider coaching as the first aid for a burning issue.  No matter of specific topic, team- coaching makes an impact, transforming teams and conveying coaching skills to team leaders. When adequately implemented, this type of coaching has a great potential to accelerate entire team dynamics, a trigger for teams to go beyond what is typical to elevate and engage each other in new and more meaningful ways.
My role is to support the team leader as well as the entire team to move through the stages of team development from forming the team charter – and sometimes the new team – through storming, to norming behaviors with high-performing results.
