About Me
Change2Lead
I have been in the field of people and organization development for more than twenty years. With decades of experience in supporting leaders to grow their careers, I learnt how to discern a thin line between the successful ones and the most successful ones. Regardless of seniority and industry, the most successful careers have something in common: incredible gift to seize the opportunities that the life gives them and courage to change. How do I know if this is true? I worked with hundreds of corporate leaders and their teams in a variety of industries, from civil engineering, pharma, energy and banking to IT sector. Those, who believed that sustainable change was possible, thrived. They changed to lead.

I help global organizations, executives and emerging leaders grow their competences and coaching culture. "I have not believed in coincidence for quite a while. I do believe, though, that life offers us a number of possibilities when we dare to change."
A real-deal!
When I don’t work, I read, walk, talk, travel and do my best to be at ease with myself and those I love. I learn every day how to be a real- deal. Another thing I learn every day is how to talk less and say more. I’m quite sure that my mother, sister, husband and friends would have plenty to say about me. Luckily, space for text is limited.
I am not a psychologist, but I raised someone who has a degree in psychology. And she means a lot to me. When we cross our professional opinions, sparks fly. She helps me not to forget that the most valuable things in life are so perfectly simple. She makes me think. She inspires me to want more and do better. She does not let me give up, even when I falter. She gives meaning to my life and completes it into a perfect whole. My daughter.
My 5Cs
I partner with companies and leaders uplifting their 4Cs: commitment, conversations and courage to change. My stake in the partnership is the 5th C- Coaching.
I did not have the urge to change the world, back than in 2015. Instead, I had a bunch of questions about building an engaged, productive culture of collaboration at the workplace. My research, at the time, ranged from managerial stress, brain impact, and emotional intelligence, to behavioral change and powerful conversations. In the ocean of theories, I was looking for an island of practice. With a proven positive brain impact, powerful learning acceleration and sustainable behavioral change, coaching method was exactly what I was looking for. I mastered my coaching in Israel, Great Britain and the United States.
I coach decision makers when they need to reconsider who they could be and what they could do with their careers. Sometimes their ego is overdone. Sometimes they compete even when nobody else does. Sometimes their genius is almost frightening. And, yes, sometimes they simply wish to understand their why (it matters) and what (the purpose is).
