When emotions, lack of trust and hard conversations put in danger business results, leaders need to bring in effective solutions. My role as a coach is to help leaders create presence, develop curiosity, and practice leadership agility. We start with a deep dialogue to understand who they really are and what they long to accomplish in their leadership transformation.

Coaching Process

Our executive coaching partnership is designed as an annual or long-term program and based on a set of established principles and goals. Each partnership is customized based on specific needs.

  • Emotional Intelligence, Live 360 Degrees, SDI 2.0. and other assessments, if/as needed
